This house was the first property I ever purchased, back in 2010.  It is a duplex with a two bedroom apartment upstairs and a two bedroom apartment downstairs and it is located just a few houses down from the old Greene's Bar. The upstairs apartment is small and cozy and that is where I lived for about five years.  While living there, I had washer and dryer hookups put in off of the living room, updated the electrical and did a bathroom remodel.  I moved out and a young professional moved right in and has been living there since 2015.

The downstairs duplex has been rented by the same family since 2010.  The bathroom has been completely remodeled with a tiled shower and new floor has been installed in the kitchen.  All appliances in that unit are new or newer.  I can truly say this house has been made their home.

Alternatively, this entire house can be rented to a group of five, as the upstairs living room can be a bedroom, making this a five bedroom house.  I actually visited this house during my college years and that is how the layout was when I visited.
