ABC Oswego, LLC. is the Andrew Bucher Company. I am Andrew, and I have been in the rental property business for about ten years now. I take pride in each property and in forming positive relationships with every tenant.  I listen to my tenants and try to customize each experience so that they can feel at home. Most importantly, I believe having peace of mind regarding your home and finances is imperative to success in your life.  

I help each tenant accomplish this feeling by providing one fixed cost that includes all essentials, such as all utilities and general upkeep being included with rent each month, so there are no surprise fees, like a high sewer and water bill. I also provide off street parking, so nobody has to worry about where they are going to park in the winter months with the city's parking ban. And above all, I make sure I would live in each and every home or apartment that I rent out, and knowing that it meets my standards means that the tenants are in a comfortable and well kept environment.
